• Services in English and Spanish from
  6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week
• Services for youth and adults
• Programs for smokers and chewers
• Unlimited telephone sessions with a
  trained coach
• Free personal quit plan
• Free self-help materials
• Free nicotine patches or gum, as appropriate
• Free referral to local community cessation programs, where available, for additional support
• Translation available for other languages
